Just get separate bills. Then no one feels like they own anyone anything or is owed anything. It keeps it honest... There is no animosity over differences in orders. You order what you want and can afford to pay for. I'm sure if you ordered a $13 salad and a water because you're dieting, you don't want to pay half of a $60 steak dinner and $10-$15 of beer. Nor do you want him thinking he just dropped a $100+ for you to eat so you owe him in return.

Depends. If a woman feels entitled or even offended. She can pay it and I don’t care to see her again.

Only pay for what you ordered (Option A), because I'm not a sucker who's going to let women use and exploit me for a Foodie Call, and I have more to offer (to the right woman) than just money. ... Not that dating isn't unbearable, nowadays. I also don't go anywhere pricey on the first or second date anyway. If we're three or four dates in, then we can talk about start treating each other to a nice dinner out.

I´m team not split in cases where I select the place since I want to show her that she´s special to me and I want a date to be something special, we can split bills when we meet in other scenarios but not on a date. If I select the place I can also make a decision about the budget. For me taking the bill is sublimely sign that I can take the lead and I´m serious about a possible relationship.
I can understand if people splitting the bill and I know good reasons to do so.
