Should I split the bill on the second date or should it be one bill?

I like to take turns, so if he paid the first time, i'll try to pay the 2nd. Guys usually don't let me but I at least try. I also just feel that splitting is extra effort, especially when sometimes the waiter has to print a separate bill for it.
Also some people take splitting the bill as a sign that maybe it's not a date, they really read into it.

Depends on whether you're conservative or liberal. If you're liberal and believe in equality and are not splitting then you're a hypocrite. If you're conservative then it's okay.
