In my opinion, this is just me personally. You don't know until you know. If the chemistry is off the charts and you're both feeling it then I personally say, why not. That's not saying that just because you go on a date you have to have sex on the first one everytime but if everything is great and the sexual juices are flowing, so to speak, then go for it. Just above anything else, be safe while doing it.
