Is she testing me?

So there's this girl who I previously dated that things didn't work out with because she thought I was becoming too needy and lost all my focus in life.

However, I got my shit together and am happier than ever atm and it seems she noticed. In recent weeks we've slept together, gone bowling, gone to the arcade, gone on a double date with our mutual friends, she got me Christmas presents etc. However, I get the feeling that she's still worried I'm going to start to show needy tendencies so I don't mention things like dates or anything and just ask to hang out and the only time I text is to ask her to hang out.

I get the vibe that she's slowly warming back to me, however is being slow with it and cautious and all I know is her last relationship probably left her in a bad way so the caution is understandable.

One thing I've noticed however, is when I text her she replies straight away, but when I've text her to ask to hang out, she takes a few hours to respond, but always comes back with when she's free. I know she's not busy and probably reads the texts, so I was curious why she specifically waits to reply to these ones? Is it to not seem needy? Or is it to see if I become unglued? Either way I'm just kind of curious. She's also updated her settings so I can see her location again recently which I noticed
