this girl in my work place she shows me sign she like smiling, looking deeply into my eyes, giggle at my silly jokes but she does this hot and cold thing, sometimes she ignores me and then she doesn't driving me mad, like today she would not make eye contacted or say anything so i ignored her back but at the end of the shift i said bye to her and she said bye back smiling at with a high voice. i have heard of when a girl test you when they like/interested, is this what she is doing or im aye going mad

She might be testing you. Or she also could be doing this just to protect herself from being hurt.

  Your story is very similar to mines; there is a middle aged guy at work who I have a HUGE crush on, and he has been doing the same thing that the girl you are talking about is doing. At first he was so talkative with me; following me around the job site and talking to me all day, running to help me carry things, offering to buy me lunch. And then all of a sudden he just stops showing any interest in me; he out of nowhere just becomes very distant when we used to talk everyday. It really hurts, so when he became distant then I just started being distant to him back to protect my heart from being broken. I was still in pain by being ignored by him but it hurts much less when I don’t show him any interest that will be rejected. Maybe the girl at work for some reason thinks you don’t like her, and she is doing this to avoid the sting of rejection. She could be trying to one-up you by playing hard to get.

  yeah thats weird maybe something happened in his life like a bereavement or something, see the thing is she left the work place a few years ago and 6 mouths ago she pop up on my facebook was chatting with her and my feelings for her came back so a told her how i felt about her then 4 or 5 weeks ago she started back in the work place and she still showing signs and she nows i like her, the problem is i get shy when i like a girl, if she is testing me what the best thing to do play it cool or talk to her more, i would try again with ur guy see if he is ok see if he says hello back
