My best friend just went on her first date with a guy Friday night and he asked her to be his girlfriend the same day. Bought her a gift and is wanting to take her to a hotel so they can spend his birthday together. To me, this is love bombing. Should I talk to her about it? She has been burned so many times in the past and I'm afraid she will get hurt again.

She will be 30 next month. She is extremely lonely. It kind of pisses me off because she gave me hell for meeting my boyfriend I had been talking to for a year. Kept telling me to look out for "Red flags" and now she is doing the very thing she lectured me about. I'm 33 by the way.
