Why most women marry earlier than most men in terms of age?

I think men measure themselves by a higher financial and professional standard than women so they do not feel ready for a wife until they are old enough to pay for the whole family. For women, having a personal career is optional if they are child bearing age, cause they might not need a job of their own until their kids are old enough to not require their support at home anymore. My friend from school has been a full time mom for the last 7 years. She quit her job around the time she got pregnant and her husband is rich so she spends her time doing house chores and preparing social activities and networking with people who can help her kids.

Men want to party and hook up and be useless. Then they’re all butt hurt and self destructive. They become incapable and the resort to drugs or other addictions and then when they sober up - they decide to find a girlfriend and simmer down.
