How to convince him to stop?

My boyfriend wants to come inside my house and hang out in my room. I live with my mom and it’s all girls here. If I bring a guy into the house my mom would kick me out. I told him this. He has his own house and car that we chill in but he desperately wants to come inside where I live. There’s nothing interesting to see in this house and I also told him that but nothing is stoping him from wanting to come in.
