I always find young teenage boys attracted to me instead of men, it's so frustrating :'(

Please let your frustration be toward the men your age who aren't attracted to you. Not the teenagers.

First, their brains are -- literally -- flooded with hormones. That's not an excuse -- it's a reason and a fact.

Second, you are mature. Younger people like more mature people. Always.

Third, you are worldly. You have a job and a life and sophistication that's a measure of your age and life experience. That's attractive.

Finally, you're a woman. That would be enough for most teenage guys, but you are probably fully physically developed and that's attractive.

if their behavior isn't acceptable, correct them politely, but otherwise just be flattered that they find you attractive and it's sort of cute in a way.
