As often as you feel appropriate. That doesn't mean text her 24/7, but at least ask her how her day is going, check in and say good morning/afternoon/evening... and see how often she responds back. Obviously if she seems enthusiastic to keep the conversation going, keep texting as much as you like!

Just keep in mind if she's busy with work or school, she might not reply right away, so don't stress over how long it takes her to reply either.

Keep it casual, if your asking her about the date, when, where, what she gonna wear so you can be sure your not overdressed or underdressed, etc., then your all good.

But, don't inundate her with messages. Nice to say good morning, etc. but keep things simple. I never have full blown discussions via text, if she wants to chat ask her to call and discuss. So many things can go wrong in long convos via text.
