Depends on the extreme, but in general... yes. That's why I go for only modesty. There's no doubt women know their power to manipulate, it's a power they possess. That's all it is... MAN-ipulation. Why would they feel the need to do that... they lack self esteem, self love, and are over compensating.

It's not something I really think about to be honest, I mostly care about what I wear.

My wife says it's because I'm vain - I hate nothing more than to be dressed inadequately. That doesn't apply to her, because I don't notice or care enough - she can wear a beautiful dress or a potato bag, she's fine either way.
