It depends on what you mean by dressing sexy. What many women today don't seem to realize is that this is equally sexy but not trashy. It says she knows she looks good but respects herself enough that she doesn't want to dress in revealing clothes.

Now a woman who dresses like this is sending a very different message about what she wants and how she sees herself. She's definitely looking for attention, but a different kind. She's sending the message that she wants to get fucked. Many guys, including myself, find that very off-putting. I'm not interested in women like that.
