There's this girl that I like at work who's super introverted and reserved. I deleted her number in the past because we just didn't use to text and we didn't use to meet each other that often. Then on New Year, she wished me and then we talked on phone for a very long time (more than 3 hours). After this, I've upped my efforts and we are talking everyday. I am afraid that I'll be friendzoned.

... I'd turn him down if our personalities didn't mesh, we don't have anything in common, or I don't feel like he's interested in me (ie: he's going to friendzone me).

Also, you said she's an introvert? She's not going to blatantly come out and say if she likes you: she's going to want until she's sure you're interested in her first.
But there will be hints that she's interested in you without her saying it: she talks to you on the phone (because true introverts HATE phone calls, she'll ask about you and interests, job... anyway to get to know you more.

What not ask her out and see what she says...
