Is a bad kisser a deal breaker then let him go gently. If there is no connection for you THEN you are doing him a favor by letting him know in a kindly way. He deserves an explanation, however, if it is not the most important thing then give it a little time. Be careful in critiquing because guys are super sensitive on the subject. If you like him then you may have to train him.

Remember, a lousy or "poor-mouth" Kisser can be fixed and trained BUT a lousy person and character is fixed...
