I’m a high school custodian single almost 30 short asf I’m like 5’5 and live with my grandma I’m pretty depressed

Change your mindset, change your life. Your learning new skills, free, only 30 with your whole life ahead of you and have a roof over your head with someone that cares about you. Being 5'5 means you can bulk up much easier in the gym.

Often it is our mindset that becomes our greatest issue. Everything begins with gratitude but we have been programmed to focus on lack while those who do not, live a life of abundance. Your life eventually follows the shape of your thoughts. Even your DNA can be influenced by your thoughts thus with this in mind, why would we entertain any other than powerful, positive, and transformational ones?

There was an experiment where a bunch of old men pretended to be 20 years younger... their bodies showed real changes to reflect this...

First step is quit seeing yourself as a victim.

You know what you are naturally good at and talents, put all your energy into that area and grow from there.

Gym. Just work out. Might not feel like it fixes much at first but trust the process and apply those lessons you learn into weaker areas of your life
