Which sex is better at being able to be alone for longer: guys or women? What's the longest time you have been single and why?

I have been sincle for 27 years about to be 28 soon. Is that way too long 😕? Not really looking for a relationship or ever had one before?

You have to be specific. Many women fresh out of a serious relationship will not race back into another, but will keep a circle of friends as a support group and sometimes an F-buddy on the side.

Guys on the other hand can be single and by themselves for years, with little to no friends. If he yearns for people, he will get depressed and won't live a long time. But there is another man who can live happily live alone and single with little issue. For this to work, the guy will likey be introverted. Fairly skilled on doing all his daily activities alone. Will often take up few close friends or a dog or so.

Most women are more social, and can make friends quickly. Men are just the opposite. Women can get sex easily. Men usually have to work on it.

And lastly, there is an asexual person, man or woman. You will not see them with anyone. They might have a close friend, even one that sexual, but they will not need a whole lot of either sex or romance. Sometimes the woman has health issues that makes sex painful. Sometimes she was molested in her youth. But the asexual guy is nearly the true island of people. They literally do not care about being alone. These are often single and sexless, and are happy and productive. That kind of guy scares most others, because for most women, a guy who can turn his back on sex and companionship is the worse kind of partner she can ever come across.

And women will avoid that type like the plague. The want some dependence.

Well, in my opinion the answer is MEN are more capable of being alone for a very long time or even for lifetime.

Yes, I have always been single, never been in any type of relationship whatsoever. There are plenty of reasons but I would not share them here.

Overall I personally know more dudes who are single and complaining and the girls enjoying their time for themselves lol but in the end I guess it's more a personality thing.

Now it's 1 yr and 3 months and I'm still really loving my alone time, I'm still really annoyed if someone tries to bother my peace right now

Longest I've been single was like 3 years. By single I mean full on single with maybe like a handful of dates.

Now I've beeb single for like 6 months and while not against dating I'm not that excited about it. But I also don't want to spend another 3 years single.

Guys without question. Because dating isn't a choice like it is with women. Guys are like the camels of dating. We know we have to tank up on the water (love) when it's available. Because in a desert you never know when you'll happen upon it again. 😆😆😆
