Anyway she says she really likes me and is falling for me bla bla but I didn't text her in 2 days and now it's the 3rd and no sign of her texting me [can't be having a relationship or anything if its always me texting and making the first move] what do you think...

You are being Tested. You know, women expect to be chased until they are sure that you desire their time and attention only. They can not help it as it is an insecurity with them all.
Try not to let your frustration show. If she can feel it in your energy then she will start doubting your worthiness.
