ניין. Anybody, Jew or gentile, can be called Aaron. That being said, anybody can be named anything, despite the sex or faith. Furthermore, the prophet Aaron, brother of Moses, wasn’t a Jew. He was a Levite.

No. It is just the English translation of the name of the First Jewish High Priest. Being named that no more requires being Jewish than being named Daniel or Joseph does.
