Show interest in the kids, tell jokes and just show that you can be fun to be around. Buy them food that they like (their healthy favorites to make your girlfriend happy). Like maybe they are trying to collect coupons from juice or the gas station to win a toy that they want. You can buy the juice but just give them the coupon at the end too, (if you like to drink that kind of juice). Your girlfriend likely is sizing you up to make sure that you like kids, and her kids specifically, so try to be likeable. She won't care if you try to be strict like their father with them, so you might as well just act like a polite, likeable guest. Don't undo discipline, but let her do the disciplining. Like, if they ask if they can have some of the cake the two of you are eating, and she says wait, you're allowed to say 'they can have my piece', and then she can just say, 'no, they have to learn that they can't get everything they want', and then just leave it at that. You get to look good without interfering too much.
