Guys, Would you date an 18 year old single mom?

I think most men wouldn’t. It’s too much to date a single mom. Now w that said I’m sure a lot of them wouldn’t have an issue w sleeping w her, but a real relationship, no. Too much to deal w. There may be a handful of men who would, but chances are they’ve never dated a single mom so they’re not aware of the struggles, the challenges that come w dating a single mom. Too much responsibility to be honest. Even if I was a little younger I don’t think I would.

Would have I done that when I was 18yo? Most likely not, a kid, mine or not, was way too many responsibilities to take for the 18yo me. A few years later I would have been more solid for that, though there would be another problem, when I was like 23, a girl aged 18 looked like a teen to me, so I probably would have thought she's too young for us to have a relationship

I don't think many 18 year old guys would want to deal with a kid but I'm not interested in guys my age anyway so that's not much of a problem

Nope. I had a sexual relationship with one for a while. She was fun, but we didn’t have much in common aside from the sex.

No. Too young for me, and dating a mother comes with more than just dating the mother. Kid is always priority, kid comes first, leaves little time for dating & romance, and dating a mother you must be commited and understanding that you will also be part of that kid's life, even if it is temporary. Because even if the mother doesn't think so, the boyfriend will always end up interacting with the kid at some point.

Probably not. Maybe there’s an older guy who wants a kid but most likely not anyone within your age range. How olds your kid and how do you feel about your life?

I don't want anyone my age anyway... Late twenties or in thirties is ideal. She's 2 years old

When I say older I mean older than that. The 20-30 somethings wouldn’t be interested. I’m talking old old like 50-60 year olds. Someone who would be fine supporting a child that’s already there. 20-30 somethings are more ambitious and would want their own children. How attractive are you? Because that’ll affect potential demand too. Probably easier if no one can tell your a mom either

Most likely not because there are a lot of drawbacks with single moms.

Probably not, not until she is a couple or few years older, pulls her head out of her ass, and learns to stop making poor life decisions. I don't want to be a babysitter for a young adult and a child

No because the child being the top priority, potential drama with the child's father, and the need for maturity and financial responsibility.
