Should I keep going?

This girl and I have been going out 7 times since last November. Around the 5th time she told me a relationship might not be good for her right now (she got out if a relationship in October). Then recently she told me she is starting to have affections towards me and I asked her if she wants to still go out or if I need to pull back. She said she still wants to hangout. We really don't physically touch but she does sit close to me, lock eyes, and laughs a lot. Should I keep pursuing?
