Is it wrong to reject a guy who made me wait fot an year to accept my proposal?

I am mad at him for wasting an year of my lifetime. Due to him I have stopped focusing on other things of my life since an year. Now I feel that he doesn't deserve to waste a bit of my lifetime so I want to reject him. Is it wrong to do this? Or am I doing right?

Why did you wait that long? Usually a proposal is a pretty instant yes or not. I would assume that a non answer is a no, that someone who really wanted to be with me, would immediately say yes.

You should reject him, but totally up to you and I suggest not waiting that long in the future.
