Should I give a guy a chance who rejected me years ago because he was not over his ex?

I think he was not over her and hoped they would someday be together again. Now he tries to get my attention but I dont know how to feel about him

This one is kind of complicated because he rejected you years ago. As opposed to if he had rejected you recently because he wasn't over his ex but now wants you. I am going to make a dangerous attempt to say that since that was years ago and he finally got over her, there is a possibility that he has grown and matured more since then, and maybe genuinely does like you now, and not necessarily liking you just to swing over to an option.

I normally would say don't give someone a chance who rejected you because they were still hooked on their ex, but this time I would just say tread carefully if that's something you really want to venture into with him.

That’s up to you personally. People can easily change and seeing how this was years ago, I think he may have done the right thing about rejecting you because he was stuck on his ex.
