I don't/can't instantly like a stranger no matter how good looking he is because I know nothing about him. So, even if he looks as good as some celebrities I found good looking, it wouldn't make me like him right away or want to be approached especially not at work. Now if I notice something about a guy that I like let's say his sense of humour while he's talking to someone else or how he treats kids/animals/senior citizens or he showed some sign of intelligence then I'll be intrigued and wouldn't mind being approached but never at workplace or when I'm with my friends.
