My girlfriend doesn't express her feelings which makes it hard to know how she feels?

It feels like I'm making the decisions by myself. I suggested we talk on the phone as it's been over a month, and all we are doing is texting on the phone. I don't know how she sounds or how to even approach this... I don't know how she even feels about me if we want to talk it a step further... We have certain conversations, and she agrees to it , but I don't know how she feels about it as it feels like I'm making the decisions solo.

Ah. Okay. At the risk of trying to simplify this I really believe there's only one answer (or maybe two): set up a time to meet in person. And then you ask that question -- how does she feel? what are you guys? Either she'll meet and will or won't answer the question (which is itself an answer) or she won't meet which is the answer to your question.

The sort of second answer of how to deal with it (which I don't like) is message the question about how she feels. That directly. No fluff around it. (Unless you've done that very specifically which I haven't read.)
