I blocked my ex on social media. HOwever, I still see him on other people's stories and photos more than ever before? What do I do?

I think maybe it’s best you get off of social media for a while until you heal until when you see his name you rather want to puke than miss him etc.
I think whatever feeling you have don’t hide it would be better that you think of him as a trash disposable wipes ❤️
