Why would an ex keep blocking and unblocking me on social media?

He was the one who initiated the breakup approx 4 months ago. We didn't have a bad breakup but he purposely did some hurtful things after the breakup. I respected his wishes and never contacted him. Two weeks after the breakup he blocks me on social media but 30 min later unblocks me. Four months have passed and I just realized he blocked me again this morning. I did not attempt to stalk, text, call or talk to him since the breakup and do not understand this behavior.

Just block him and never look back, that'll be an interesting thing for him to see when he goes to block you again

When he unblocks you again, block him and leave it. That way you take control of his stupid game. Just make the decision, the second you realize he unblocked you again immediately block him.

I did the same with the guy i loved the most it's like can't live with you neither without you this guy have feelings but at the same time for some reason he knows it's best to not stay in touch hence blocks then he start to miss u again and unblock
