It’s better to not have any expectations with online dating until you have moved off that platform with them and you two are gaining some traction irl. The last girl I met on Tinder had me driving to a hotel in the middle of the night only to cancel when I got there and tell me she was gonna have a movie night with her "friend" instead because she didn't waste the room. She then cancels the next 3 dates in a row we had set up. I was stupid to even let it get that far.
Believe me, I feel your frustration. You, me and a whole bunch of folks just looking for a decent relationship.
That's why I don't listen to people who say "Don't shit where you eat", because so many life long loves are found in the workplace. Including mine and my parents'.

It’s definitely frustrating especially when you put your energy and effort into someone and open up about yourself then they can’t have the respect or decency to be honest instead they are hiding behind their phones playing games. I was honest and clear but I just wanna hear an explanation I’d rather the truth even if it hurts me, I don’t like liars. Yeah I’m gonna try to meet more people from work when there is newcomers, I definitely would not date a boss though because that would toxic for work but a coworker is definitely possible since I made a few good friends there already lol. I appreciate the input. Also sorry for your situation but that’s wonderful things worked it’s way out.
