Are these red flags that my boyfriend is not the one?

He told me "if we get married..." And said if we didn't find each other, we would have a hard time meeting other people, as in we would both still be single. Why say that?

Not sure where "if we get married" comes into play, but it sounds like he was joking. Like both of you are hard to love and it's a good thing you found eachother or you'd both be single.
Kind of a playful way if saying you guys were meant to be with eachother, not someone else

In a conversation there was no jokes. He said "if we get married then xyz". We never spoke about where we would possibly live or anything.

Well I wouldn't take the second part as a negative thing personally. But if he's talking about the two of you being married in any sense, that's a hint that he's got a life with you in mind. I wouldn't mention marriage at all to someone I didn't care about

Unless he starts going on about all the bad things that would happen if you were married. Then I could see that as a "red flag"
