Why do people talk about leagues in looks all the time and rate looks 1 through 10, but never do the same for intelligence?

People are always saying, "Looks don't matter" right? So why not judge people on their intelligence (or lack of), personality, along with emotional and mental wellbeing-

I can see it now, "He's a 7/10 looks, but 10/10 because he can hold an articulatic and meaningful conversation... how hot is that?"

I thought about a third one as well for compatibility/similar interests/shared hobbies.

Most women who hit on me are a 8 to 10 in looks, a 2 to 5 in intelligence, and a 2 to 3 in compatibility.
