Anyone else have this dating app problem?

Anyone have the issue that when someone incredibly hot matches with you on a dating app. You immediately question their intentions and if they are even real and not a scam because you have such low self-esteem that you can't imagine a world where someone attractive would ever want you?

I think you are doing exactly the right thing especially in today's identity theft world. Being cautious like you are is providing yourself a great service. If they were serious people looking for serious relationship then your gentle inquiry as to who they are etc should be welcomed. Women like smart, planned, and careful men with intuition.

Given there are so many Fakes and the potential for rejection to do what you are doing says just the opposite about you. You rather go without than take a blind risk. that takes balls and one with a true sense of self-confidence in who you are. YOu are interpreting yourself exactly opposite of what sound common sense people perceive to be happening.

It has nothing to do with self esteem. Fake profiles do exist. So it’s fair to internally question someone. But don’t state that. Talk to them. Have conversations. Get to know them. If things feel bad, then trust your gut. Eventually you’ll get a good sense of fake vs real profiles, and strategies to determine which is real or fake.

Ah yes i have that experience because i suffer from low esteem from my appearance but honestly everyones beautiful in their own ways. Dont compare urself to big celebrities who are marketed as worldwide beauty standards.
