Can people just cuddle or does it always lead to more than that?

Depends on their objective and how strong their feelings and energy is.

Some may have that clear objective to do more and have an end result of sex as reward (male and female- mostly male).

Some just have strong energy- in the sense of two passionate lovers (ideally) who enjoy each other’s company… all the laughter and cuddling… and hand holding, may lead to a kiss, and then the kiss will lead to one of them wanting to be on the other ( or both), or touching other parts of the body, that belongs to the person they feel so strongly for.

Depends on the objective or the passions. Not a lot of passionate people (from my own lens) so I’d assume objectives. Some are focused on the objectives and some just casually enjoy easing into it, but never forget the objective.

Can people just cuddle? Certainly so. If that’s the objective, or if that’s all the energy they have for. It can be more blissful or more relaxing and basking together.

People can ABSOLUTELY just cuddle. However, because cuddling can lead to more... it is important to establish--out loud--that this is "just cuddling." Otherwise the other person might be thinking it's going somewhere when that's not what you're looking for.

It certainly can be done. It's a great time. As long as nobody is confused about intentions or whether this might possibly be going somewhere.

Depends on the context/situation too. There are definitely cases where cuddling is CLEARLY not supposed to go anywhere... and it would be wildly inappropriate for one of the two people to try and bring things further than cuddling.

It's a somewhat ambiguous thing in a lot of cases though. You really do need to set your terms out-loud. Otherwise, most cuddling could lead to more.

Cuddling is never just cuddling to at least one participant. It is a process with a shy person on the way to sex. It has always been that way and will continue to be that way.

There’s no doubt
