My boyfriend of 1 year always stares at other women even when I’m around?

When we’re on date night I sometimes catch staring at different women. Its not even behind my back. Sometimes he will check out other women and make excuses like she had a cool shirt or her hair looked weird. I’m like okay? But yet you hardly do this to other men who “have cool shirts” or “have weird hair”.

I have no problem him appreciating other women’s beauty (to an extent) but being on a date with me and blatantly paying attention to another woman, is that normal? I don’t have much experience in relationships but I hate that he doesn’t even hide it sometimes and more importantly I think he’s lying about the reason he checks out other women.

He is your boyfriend. You are his girlfriend. There's really no need to be staring at others at all. It seems that he has some growing up to do and you need to think about whether or not this is someone you want to date.
