When it comes to dating, I just want to skip all the crap and get to the end where we're under a blanket watching a scary movie and eating Hotpockets.

If in the early stages of dating a woman notices something that doesn't fit 100% in her picture of the ideal man, she will break with you, and do it by starting to ghost you after the current date is over. This happened to me at least 20-30 times, and can happen anywhere between the first date and the fifth date. So especially in the beginning, it made me feel dating was like walking on burning coal more and more.

Luckily, I did not give up, and after more then a decade and a half of searching (both online and offline) I found the woman who became my wife.

Trying to understand a woman's motivations. You never truly know what you mean to her. Whether she truly wants a relationship with you or whether you're just filler until she sees something better to her. And since women seldom chase guys you have little to no way of measuring it.
