I assume since you do not this roomy very well even though friendly and helpful you will be alone. Times in my life, with mortgages, that roommates were perfect. 60 and up and starting out PhD students are perfect.-When you move then those are two good places to start.
You and I both but i just woke up to a funkin' soda can... in the sink with the dirty dishes. We do not keep soda cans as cups here. :) So it becomes easier to ask: What are you more afraid of? Being out on your own or staying here forever until you get your first gray hair?
