I have met her 4 times, one in. Cafe , one when she invited me to play billiards, and 2 times she invited me to her place.

OK well I think this is a way for her to get out of anything further with you. I think you need to tell her you hope she gets through everything well and wish her all the best. Keep your dignity and allow her to come to you. You can make it clear to her that you are there should she need you but without making it look like you are there at her beck and call.
