Texted a guy from a fake number and now I regret it and feel crazy, what do I do?

So this guy blocked my number and I got mad, I then texted him through a texting app and flipped out. I honestly regret this and feel so stupid. He then flipped out and me and told me to leave him alone. Is this over for good?
