Older ones used to flirt very openly when I was younger than 22. Younger ones, maybe 3 or 4 times that I could consider approach (in their minds probably daily, but they are too cowardish to start takling to me), but it was not when I was remotely in the mood for getting together. They seem appalingly bad at reading my mood and dealing with how I feel in that moment, expecting me to fancy them and 'make a move' when I am at my wit's end and about to faint from exhaustion.
They are incredibly defficient as nurses/in ordinary human relational ability.

It may help to be a little more specific whether you mean they were approached in real life/in person, or online. Many more women ask someone out online than in person so that may greatly affect the numbers, especially for people that spend lots of time online.

I have heard before from my friends that this girl has a crush on me.
Awkward me says it's ok, left the room and caught up with my friends, who fcking left me and continued walking by the way.
We never caught up.

Define approached. I've had one woman ask me out. Beyond that it's up to interpretation how many actually had legitimate interest in me. I give effort to women that give effort to me. If she walks up to me and automatically just expects me to know what's going through her head. Then she's going to be disappointed.
