Liberal morals, women past 30 and men past 50 that wants a mate to have kids with, has a past of promiscuity/casual sex, posts provocative/revealing pictures online, is in contact with an ex, has kids from a past relationship, did drugs in their past or currently.

Those all should be automatic disqualifiers for any person that wants a good partner for a LTR and to raise a family with.
