Some of your requirements are a bit too controlling. The non smoker is fine but the other half should be no frequent/heavy drinkers. The 2nd is too conversational , seems more of a preferred trait (replace that with must be concerned and worried about my well being some of the time.) . Only critique I give number 3 is most of the time be loyal /faithful (this will still cover No cheating).4 seems almost reasonable (like a man that would willing to wear a mask around me ).

Trust me you wouldn't like a guy with long-term memory😅. He can bring up your past arguments and views by specific, time date, and place and you will most likely lose in arguments.

I have an eidetic memory and remember almost every part of my life from age 3. It's not always fun for me. Plus I have seen girls like it when they are the ones bringing up past conversations from the past in arguments.

Most of what you have is not realistic and you have forgotten the most important trait AND requirement for any successful relationship, matching or complimenting personalities. If the chemistry ain't there, the relationship goes nowhere.
