If God kept you single, is it for your good and not necessarily the good of others?

I realize the guys I gave the time of day to in my younger years were and are not good enough for me. They did not like me either so it was all good.

I do not believe everybody is equal - I think a guy who volunteers to help seniors with house repairs is better than a bully that attacks weak people. The nice guy deserves honour and the bully deserves a month in jail.

I definitely think that God keeps you that way for you for multiple reasonings like if you know your value and worth to not settle and if you still need to work on yourself more or give more time to Him to know him and love him or know what love even is. Also, if you need to be comfortable and happy on your own, learning more about yourself or have gone through experience to shape you / if you still are having experiences similar to that to be prepared for what’s to come. It could be that the one he has for you isn’t ready or you both aren’t ready to meet yet in His diving timing.

God have everyone free Will, we all make our own choices our own mistakes. God let's us make our own way so he knowing who we are 😊

He does things in his own ways, he will do that for you because he knows what is best for you.

He kept you single for a moment ( doesn't mean for everlasting) in order to look for the perfect one for you. He said that "OUR EXPECTATIONS WILL NEVER BE CUT SHORT, SO THAT OUR JOY MAY BE FULL". He plans for us even before we think of planning.

In short, kind of. You wanted to stay safe rather than take risks. Doesn't mean relationships would guarantee to hurt you. But if you wanted to be maximally safe as possible, yes, it was good for your goals to be single.

When you say "god kept me single" you are seriously giving away your power to what you believe god to be...

But then you can ask yourself, how much free will and choice does god give to you?

Perhaps it's not that an outside force kept you single, or even if it did, are you saying it is the only decider that chooses for all your relationships?

Do you believe that you won't have a relationship now unless god forces one onto you? Because if so, by doing so you are pretty much praying to stay single forever, because god won't force you into something that doesn't feel natural to you.

Decide now. Do you want relationships or not?
