Am I wrong for not feeling attracted to an online boy crush?

There's a guy I knew purely online where... There was a spark there, but I neverade things official. I felt it was fair to tell him I felt things for him, but that I don't feel comfortable making things official because I know my feelings can fluctuate and online relationships for me rarely work out. That and the distance between us is so far that travel won't be an option for at least years.

Now I've fallen out of love and started feeling for a different guy irl... I told the online dude time and time again I didn't want things to be official and that these feelings could change but I feel heartbroken that now I really know I won't date him. What should I even do?

I can’t tell you how to feel, but there’s no reason to be heartbroken. You already know it won’t work, and you’ve met someone new. I think you made things harder on yourself and complicated the situation by keeping contact even when you tell him it won’t work. But I hope now you can deal with your grief and then let the guy go for good.

You sound like you were very upfront and forthcoming from the beginning. He knew the Risks in the LDR and accepted them. If I was you, I would have a free conscience and move on with the guy IRL.
