We're just discord friends and I don't know the guy irl. At some point he sent me a voice-note saying he loves me. I was weirded out and told him I'm not interested. He then played it off, saying that he loves me like a sister or whatever and I let that slide. Lately I noticed that he compliments me a lot, and say stuff like I stole his heart. Again, I get weirded out and told him I don't need his heart because we're just friends and I'm not interested. I guess this time I pissed him off because now he stopped talking to me. Do guys get so overly affectionate with girls they only consider friends? Is this normal behavior and I'm overreacting?

That is not normal. Have you told him it bothers you? That or block him if you can. That is weird and definitely overly flirtatious. I would be weirded out as well. If it were me I would just tell him to please stop. Step two would be tell him knock it the heck off or I block you. You're obviously not interested and uncomfortable with it. Make it known.
