How do I make a decision?

Guy 1 is in the USA and doesn’t have a job, but is sweet, sensitive and cute. Willing to move to my country. Guy 2 is in the UK, has a comfortable job and is willing to move. He’s average looking Guy 3 is Jewish and has a good job. He’s rich and handsome. He lives one state away. He wants me to convert to Judaism and move states. All three of them have started thinking that I’m wife material and about a future with me. I can’t see beyond the next day. They all feel right, but I haven’t met any in person. I feel completely overwhelmed. I wanted to find one good man and now three are waiting for me to make up my mind. What is the most sensible thing to do?

That's the first step. Until you do that, forgot about everything else you said. When you say you haven't met in person, you might as well say you haven't met at all. The idea of committing to one of these guys at this point is WAY premature. You don't know them. You haven't even met them. What you see of them online is way too limited to really say you know them, or know how you'd feel around them.

You need to meet them, and spend substantial amount of time with them. Otherwise you can't know what you are getting into.
