Like is she is too young or too old? Good looking or ugly?
- 1.4K opinions shared on Dating topic.
+1 yWell sure men care about a woman's age while dating. Obviously. But they certainly don't look at the way any woman in her thirties THINKS men look at a woman's age. (at least no woman in her thirties that I've ever talked to). But, yes of course men care if she's too old, or too young. They also care whether she's good looking or ugly. Surely this isn't new information for you?
I feel like there's a specific question hiding amongst this obviously true generality. So what's up?00 Reply

+1 yIt seems if anything, everyone else, who is not welcome to solicit an opinion, cares more than I do. It changes with time, at 30 I dated 22 years olds, I am 43 now and the life difference in age would be too much. At 35, I dated a 45 year old mom, but I dont think a 60 year old woman would want me and I still have the prospect of having a child to consider, though I doubt I will. I think it comes down to a decade on either side of your own decade. Daring within a lone removed generation. I can't keep up with a 20 something now, and I might burn to bright still for a woman of 50 plus years l, though I am fairly cozy and lowkey and enjoy picnics, theater and the like.

00 Reply1.4K opinions shared on Dating topic. Naturally they do , and it's " All of the above " you are heading out and just as any form of association is vital , so is the person you are dating , if too young you are judged , same with too old , same with ugly or stunning.
Like it or not , all this makes a massive difference.

For sure, we have our Karens too. They work at Homey Harware and hate the prettier Asian women who work twice as hard for the same keep. They like to Curl for some reason, must he Canadiana haha. Man you Aussies are alright folk.
Age doesn't matter all that much, within reason.
I'm a 30 year old man, but there's a 39 year old woman who has been chatting me up. I don't particularly mind the age difference, but I will say that I am more conscious of it than I would like to be. That gap is also 9 years... so it's not like she and I are really in the same place in life.

Older women, before you are that age
Asker+1 y@Heterosketero why don't you guys want to be with women your own age? Instead of the age differences of too your or too old...
If there is no interest in anything serious, like no kids or no marriage then age to me is not important. I dated a lady that was 15 years older once. And i dated a few younger then me. But for the most part they been close to my age. How ever they have all been beautiful And they all had a kick ass personality

+1 yTo a degree, sure. Everyone has a limit to what they find attractive.
10 Reply2.3K opinions shared on Dating topic. If he wants healthy kids he is unlikely to be interested in a woman past 30 regardless of his own age.
00 Reply705 opinions shared on Dating topic. Yes, if my blind date turns out to be 85 years old, then yes I do care, not being shallow, but 85 is too old for me. I generally prefer someone who's at most 5 years older/younger then me.

I got hit on in Dawson City at the Pit by a near 70 old hippy woman. She asked me, "you like being nibbled on hun?" I was 24? so I say yeah sure I guess. She reached into her purse, pulled out a set of dentures and replied, "great, I gotta spare set of teeth right here" I ran like a bitch...
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yIt's a factor. How much will depend on the guy. It's not the age with me so much as what the age implies. As we get older we gain baggage It's just a fact of aging. The more baggage a person has the more difficult it is.

+1 yYeah they do, more when it comes to legalities, but sometimes people wonder why a 18 year old might be dating a 50 year old or something like that, they'll be like, just why

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yYes, we do. Every guy is different but in general men of all ages are most attracted to women in their 20s. And lucky for us, women in their 20s are attracted to older guys, too.
