I dated this guy who lied about having a daughter and then then he talked bad about me to another girl who reached out to me. Why would he do that?

So just getting some info out of the way. Met online and he’s older than me but not too much older. Anyway he wasn’t transparent about how he had a teenage daughter. I broke things off with him (unrelated with the kid thing) in a mature way over a phone call. Anyway then a few weeks later I guess he was seeing another girl who started being suspicious of him and she found me online and told me he said everyone he’s met from the apps has been nice except for this one girl (me) and said he thinks I’m in the spectrum because there was no “connection” and that I like horses.
