Why do women reject the good men who are broke?

A good man born penniless to abusive parents but lives by himself, is down to earth, is kind with his handful of friends, doesn't lie or make promises that can't be kept just to get into women's pants, doesn't fake being rich etc...

Because her and her possible future kids standard of living will be affected by his lack of money. Even if she makes good money herself, her standard of living will be lower with him than with a man who has more money than him and it will drop significantly if she ever goes on maternity leave or wants to be a stay at home mom. It would probably not even be possible with the broke guy. It affects everything from where they can live, what neighborhood they can raise their kids in, what schools they can send their kids to, what insurance they can afford, what extracurriculars their kids can do, where they can go on vacation (and if they can go on vacation at all), what they can do for fun, if they’ll struggle to get their kids birthday- och Christmas gifts or not, if they can set up a college fund for the children, if she can go grab a coffee without worrying about having enough money left to pay the bills, what food they can eat. It affects almost EVERYTHING. And this whole idea of the good poor man vs the evil rich dude is faulty. There are good rich men and there are evil poor men (and everything in between). So instead of asking why do women reject good poor men, ask yourself why not. Why not reject the poor good man and date the rich good man instead? Being poor isn’t noble, it’s a struggle and setting yourself up for a life of worries, struggles and limitations. Say you had a daughter, who would you rather she marry:

Guy B: A rich man who lives by himself, is down to earth, is kind with his handful of friends, doesn’t lie or make promised that can’t be kept just to get into women’s pants, doesn’t fake being rich (because he IS rich) etc.

You don’t get brownie points for being kind to your friends and not lying. Those are basics. The bare minimum. It’s like expecting to be applauded for not being a serial rapist who does crack and for not beating your pet every morning. Some things are just the basics that’s expected from everyone - not lying or manipulating people are examples of such basic bare minimum stuff.

How can you claim to be a good candidate if you are broke? You know the game and it's to find a partner and raise and support a family. You haven't proven you can do the later. No reason for women to gamble if there is none poor men around to date instead. So fix something you do have control over, your economy.

Men love women. Women don't love men. Women love what men can give them. Thousands of years ago, women went to the men that could give them the most sheep, farm land, etc. Now they go to the ones that have the most money. The medium has changed, but the concept hasn't. It's always been this way.

That's not meant to lump every single woman on the face of the earth into one category. Of course different women are different in their own ways. It's just meant to state a general truth.
