I remember all that, but those challenges were long ago.
All I can say is... get out of your head and into hers. Instead of focusing on what you say, focus on building your self image, presenting yourself in a positive way, your value, being confident in yourself... and then say what you want to say in truth, with confidence, giving her security to decide whatever she wants and don't care about the answer. It's so much easier to say "wow, I like you, I want to take you out for soda" (note, if you were older I'd just make it a command, but you are young, so it's a request). That's better than saying "I like you, really really like you and like... maybe sometime, if you aren't too busy and if you think maybe you'd like me, maybe then we could like, get some soda". That's a jacked up mess...
Don't go making some "declaration of desire" speech with sufficient clauses she can bail out, with justifications, excemptions and such... total tragedy. Keep energy up, positive, paying attention to her, not the crap in your head.
You have to learn about girls, how they communicate, how they think different, and learn how to be the man. but you are both young, and lots of mistakes can be made in the process.
In life if you never try you will never know & if you like someone you shouldn’t be afraid to tell them. On the other side of things the heart wants what the heart wants & if her heart wants something or someone else it does happen & if she already has a boyfriend or girlfriend simply move on with your life & find someone new.
Dude just walk up to her, say hello & introduce yourself & if she already knows you just ask her out on a date. Don’t be afraid, just be yourself.
Don't. No way is a teenage girl going to process anything that convoluted. Just hang out with her and see what happens - or doesn't.
