Why black women are so mean to me?

I work in a place that the majority of the people are black and so many black guys are flirting with me even though I'm hundred percent not attracted to them. The other black women are always trying to make fun of me. I'm foreigner they are roasting my accent, my hair, my body even thought I'm actually pretty fit. It's like they are trying to find ways to bring me down and quit the job. I did nothing to them but still they are so mean to me and I feel like crying when I get home. I think I will quit the job and get back to Europe I don't know, every five work days are like a hell to me. They're calling me unseasoned chicken and etc. Can you give me an advice what can I do to avoid this situation?

I'm sorry about your situation. Speaking from experience, you will not be able to reason with them and explain to them why their behavior is inappropriate -- that's what white people do. Instead, you must think of them the way you would think of a dog, which understands rewards for good behavior (i. e. malt liquor, fried chicken, watermelons) and punished for bad behavior (i. e., a horsewhipping). The next time they do something that offends you, you cannot under any circumstances appear weak. You must scream at them like they are bad dogs. "No! Don't you talk to me like that, fried chicken lips!" You'll be afraid to do this and it will seem unnatural to a white person, but believe me it works. Once they see that you're the master, then you can have all sorts of fun:

I don't think I can do something like that. They are the majority and already looking for reasons to beat me up and call me racist. It's like 20Vs1. These behaviors are not for me I can't fight Im a lady but thank you for advice wish I could be as brave as you.

Trust me, you don't need to fight. Bark at them like a dog; they will back down. No black person wants the cops called on them.
