When/where should I kiss him?

I lack experience. Its my second date and we're both not taking the lead with any physical contact. Were both very self contained and rigid people. Weve been put once before and in the hours I was with him there wasn't a right moment to kiss. It was too public, busy and awkward position. I didn't know whether to ask him if I could or suggest it?

What set of circumstances is the best? What should I set up as a next date idea so that I can kiss him?

Well it’s only your second date, so it’s still early days to be making physical contact if your not comfortable yet. Not saying you can’t, totally do it if your comfortable!
If your both pretty shy or something you probably don’t want to do it in a public place where everyone is around, so maybe go on a night drive to like a lookout with the stars or something?
Or you can curl up together with a movie or something if your comfortable going to each other’s houses, and like during the movie get a bit snuggly/touchy with him, then naturally you will probably kiss.

Maybe go to the beach sit on the sand. Put your head on his shoulder then slowly move your head and lips towards his and if you see that his still holding back kiss him

Don't ask and just go for it when the mood feels right, but don't be in a rush either.
